How to Request a Refund

- Include your registered email address and reason for the refund (optional)
- We will process your refund within 5-10 business days
Eligibility
- Refunds are available within 30 days of your first payment only
- Subsequent renewal payments are non-refundable (you can cancel before renewal)
- Annual plan refunds are prorated after 30 days at our discretion
- Refunds are processed via PayPal to the original payment method
After Refund
- Your subscription will be canceled immediately
- License keys will be deactivated
- Overlays on your sites will stop functioning
- Dashboard access will revert to free trial limitations
Cancellation vs. Refund
Cancellation stops future billing but lets you use the Service until your current period ends. Refund returns your payment and immediately ends your access. You can cancel anytime from your billing dashboard.
