By accessing or using the Chameleon Overlay platform ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.
2. Description of Service
Chameleon Overlay provides a software-as-a-service platform and WordPress plugin that enables rank-and-rent business operators to overlay client websites on their ranking pages. The Service includes a management dashboard, analytics, and related tools.
3. Account Registration
You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must be at least 18 years old to use this Service.
4. Subscription and Payments
The Service is offered on a subscription basis. Prices are listed on our pricing page. We use PayPal for payment processing. Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled before the renewal date.
- Starter: $29/month or $290/year
- Professional: $79/month or $790/year
- Agency: $199/month or $1,990/year
5. License Keys
Each subscription includes one or more license keys. License keys are non-transferable and tied to the registered account. Sharing or distributing license keys is prohibited and may result in immediate termination.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree NOT to:
- Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or modify the plugin or platform
- Circumvent license restrictions or site limits
- Use the Service to engage in deceptive practices that harm end users
- Overload or interfere with the Service infrastructure
7. Intellectual Property
All rights, title, and interest in the Service remain with Chameleon Overlay. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive license to use the Service according to your subscription plan.
8. Data and Privacy
We collect and process data as described in our Privacy Policy. You are responsible for ensuring that your use of the Service complies with applicable data protection laws in your jurisdiction.
9. Limitation of Liability
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Chameleon Overlay shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the Service.
10. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, your license keys will be deactivated. You may cancel your subscription at any time.
11. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or through the Service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
